How’s the confidence on this guy?!

At 19 years of age, Australian Cricketer Sam Konstas is already demonstrating the kind of gutsy self-belief some of us can only dream of.

If you’re not following the Cricket, Sam made his debut in the national team less than 2 weeks ago. In that time he’s become just about the most talked about cricketer in the world and it really has had little to do with his actual performance.

He’s definitely impressed the selectors enough to get this far. At 19, he’s talented and tenacious - and takes no prisoners in his approach to the game. In what is often a conservative and toffy sport a firebrand like Konstas stands out immediately.

But there’s something I’ve noticed about him already and it reminds me of how I built my own confidence.
