How your brand and product can be more needed in your customers lives.
We like to think a lot of brands and products are so intrinsically part of our lives we simply can’t do without them.
But of course we can.
If you didn’t have an iPhone, you’d have another device.
If you couldn’t drink Penfold’s Wine, another wine would do the trick.
If you couldn’t wear Nike shoes, adidas will be just fine.
There are ways to make your product or service more ‘missable’. (That is, people would miss it if it wasn’t there).
